Absolutely. The story is getting interesting again for everyone watching. If Mr. Heddle handles the $1.5M down payment component story well, which I think he will, you could see a nice jump from the current $0.025x$0.035.
However with time lines of eight months for delivery, another 18 month deadline for acceptance and a few other time lines thrown in...not including any extensions...I wouldn't hold your breath for PTOI to receive the remaining $2.5M by mid 2020 or later only to find out this deal fell apart. If you get a good pop in the stock price, you might want to lighten up until the stock drops back down before you continue chasing that continuously teleporting carrot.
