My thoughts are purely IMO speculation-
GC hasn't been this quiet in along time ,if ever.
It appears that there is a lot going on behind the scenes. Coates is actively doing the filings on time , making the switch to a NV corporation etc.. He would not be doing this if he was about to close shop.
Jack P resigning- My guess is that Jack P wasnt as involved as he had been in the past, and it was probably time to part ways. Lack of success thus far with China ? a disagreement with GC ? dont know...
the 8k's and 14c are related. Not too happy about the 14c. It all comes back to not having enough money. Coates owing companies for parts and services. trying to keep the lights on. deals not coming through as expected, Selling shares? same story -different year.
Coates needs production and sales. Until that happens it will be death by 1000 cuts.. No more fluffy PR's or Shareholders updates or future looking PR's that wont work for the company that has cried wolf for so long.
H2- wishing Jack Mosel the Best. He seems crazy determined. But at the same time we must assume Coates has other Irons in the fire and H2 will be a "bonus " if it comes to fruition rather than a " our last and only hope, saving grace ".
It is a new technology and cutting edge . Looks like it should work on paper and be a big part of the worlds future. but as always you need Money.
Share price remains the same - somehow. Based on everything that has transpired, or Not transpired- It is a bit surprising. Low volume. Eventually the toxic lenders will come ringing to sell their shares. I am really surprised that after the r/s we havent got crushed by the lack of events and exisiting toxic debt. If you want a silver lining then this is it. We are holding here right now.
In my guess one of two things will happen:
1- The toxic lenders will need to increase volume greatly to cash out their shares/loans so GC will need to release a Fluff PR , like in the past, that will increase volume and then the shares can start to get sold.
2-Coates gets a REAL production,sales or lic agreement with money changing hands and we begin the march north.
Of course we are hoping for #2 but the problem is you may not be able to discern it at the time of release..and unfortunately you have to look at the past to analyze the validness of any PR (the boy who cried wolf syndrome again). Horse racing calls it Form.. Past form has to be strongly accounted for and taken into consideration for future events.
We have a small window here. Share count right now is low. We haven't had a PR in many months.
This time it needs to be real.
