Gary, you are right that the patents having been filed represent a burden of proof that the 'longs' take as a holy grail. OWCP certainly has its own style of non-communication with investors, holding close to the chest any information. Yes there have been delays and exhibition of human nature. Time will tell and time to market with a tablet is important. The difference in price between the subpenny RSII and OWCP is the existing progress, intellectual property and patents pending. Can't fret about what we can't control -- be patient -- and believe.
