Definitely a problem that is going to demand an answer...from many levels... employers, govt agencies, insurance cos, manufacturers, dealers, accident victims, law firms, etc...the problem is serious and increased awareness has begun to bring the issue to the forefront. The 'just say no' type programs have shown that they simply don't work. A physical solution IS going to become standard.
