Two things that really stood out for me.
1. Rory is not joking around!

If this can increase retention rates and raise testing scores like it can increase click through rates, this will become mandatory over time. All the while being cost effective for school systems!
I'm not saying it is LAUSD, but if it is,
Los Angeles Unified School District is the second-largest school district in the United States by enrollment (667,273 students in Fall 2010).
The top 10 largest school districts in the United States by enrollment are: New York City Department of Education, Los Angeles Unified School District, Puerto Rico Department of Education, Chicago Public Schools, Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Clark County School District, Broward County Public Schools, Houston Independent School District, Hillsborough County Public Schools, Hawaiʻi Department of Education.
