Sorry my friend but no "blongnaaa" when Uncle Sam is envolved. You'll recall the ARMY/McAfee/ACS $182 Million contract discovered & shared with us by RDY2ROCK. Because it's an ARMY contract we are talking about national security matters. There is an ARMY Office of Primary Responsibility for that contract that is calling the shots as far as PR authority. When I was an Air Force Contracting Officer, the Federal Confidentiality Statement I had contractors sign carried a threat of fine, imprisonment or both in addition to contract cancellation if the contractor went public without permission. I believe Mark wants to stay out of jail and is honoring that Federal NDA.
