I was on the conference call myself. While I would've loved some fireworks this week it is just not realistic until buyer beware gone. Everything that was going to happen was predicated on receiving funds. My assumption was we will receive some funds this week and the remainder over the next 30-45 days. We also had two alternative sources to get funding in April if need be.
So while I would've loved to see a PPS increase, I figured the next week or two would be more of the same. I figured we would see the shorts pulling out all their tricks and with the buyer beware in place, I am just happy to hold current PPS.
In my most rose-colored glasses, I see lawsuit settled this week, buyer beware gone early next week, UF 3.0 announced and rolled out within 2 weeks and content being added continuously from here on out all the way up to 2500 titles. By end of Q3, over 1 million subscribers and Hisense advertising and promoting UF 3.0.
And i'll be in Hawaii with Gdawg sippin on Mai Tai's. Cheers!
