While paying attention to INCC, several things seem self evident to me. I have seen numerous mickey mouse paint down bid whacks @ .0001 and I have seen large paint down mirror trades at the the close. These are both tactics designed to shake loose .0001's where the perpetrators of these manipulative techniques have bids waiting. I use the word perpetrators, rather than instigators, for the simple reason that it connotes one engaging in a wrong doing. Now the new tactic being employed by these "perps" is to load the ask @ .0002 with shares they really have no desire or intent to shed. In other words, it's a fake ask that will be pulled the instant it gets slapped with a couple of $10,000.00 buys. Don't be fooled by the manipulative attempts of these perps.
