From the timing of the registrar, IMO the domain was setup about 5 months prior to the release of the app name to the public....then an update run on the web just one month before going after San Antonio and Michigan for govt contracts. IMO...they were creating a custom admin portal. This opens my eyes to the fact that they can customize and go after specific markets with a specialized portal, all while running the same beacon/app. The admin portal can also be offered free or with contract and monthly payment (as is the case with Fleetsafer). The admin portal functionality is actually what makes the product stand out form much of the competition.
