law requires businesses that have more than 10 employees to be Encrypted OOBA. This was required in 2017. Fine by HIPPA
$10,000. per lost identity. This can break the bank of some businesses. If caught by H inspectors that a biz is not covered the fine starts at $50,000. but they do give a grace period to correct the matter. Then another inspection.
