Somehow all of the latest Press Releases have not initiated a rush to purchase Pershing Resources stock. My thinking is that an old statement that has become pretty much cliché is one of the primary reasons that NOTHING has occurred with the share price. Which cliché???? How about 'Lack of Transparency'? Share holders have been left to their own imaginations for so long, MAYBE the only thoughts that occur when one thinks about Pershing Resources are NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.
Yeah, there have been some minor PUBLICIZED tweaks at the Corporate level. Yeah, there have been more Press Releases in the past week or so than have occurred over the past few months. BUT....HISTORICAL DATA, or lack thereof compels many investors to review years of Press Releases that allege one result but terminate with no results. Whether 'New Technology', that has produced NOTHING time after time for decades /OR/ Claims that are alleged to be in Precious Metal producing locations that have yet to yield ONE productive and continuous sale /OR/ Assays that report good/very good results that are followed by no production /OR/ Qualified employees who are alleged to have PRECIOUS METALS mining credentials AND hands-on mining experience yet have not mined or produced any significant amount of precious metals from any of the Pershing Resources locations....current investors/ potential investors need only look at cold hard HISTORICAL FACTS to make a decision as to whether they choose to make a stock purchase.
The major issue that NOW confronts Pershing Resources is NOT financial. Nope. The MAJOR issue is convincing current and potential shareholders that the company will actually produce a profitable Precious Metals product AND soon...NOT in another year or two. Finances WILL be taken care of once investors are certain that the company is completely HONEST and withholds NOTHING from the Press Releases. Share holders MAY now view every suggestion/intimation/conjecture made in a Press Release as less than reliable and honest. Too many years of words that had NO trustworthy meaning MAY have led to complete skepticism/cynicism on the part of investors.
Pershing Resources should focus its Press Releases (PR) on complete HONESTY. Investors NOW review each Press Release the Old School way. Each statement presented will suffer the consequences of the WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY, and HOW school of review. Press Reports that MAY appear to be a reissue of a former PR that suggested a result that NEVER occurred, will be met with instant distain. Corporate Pershing Resources should dig down to the hard rock foundations and start there when issuing future Press Releases. Any and all PRs from now on, will be dissected for FACTS. April 2018 marks the End of Pershing Resources PR BS Tolerance. TWENTY PLUS years of Pershing Resources Press Releases can be drawn upon to illustrate 'Presentation' and 'Result'.
I am POSITIVE that EVERY past Press Release is accessible and will be used to critique current and future Press releases for ACCURACY and HONESTY.
