I just put in a bid for 130k at .02 and 2 seconds

I just put in a bid for 130k at .02 and 2 seconds after my order filled at .02 a new transaction showed up for 20k shares at .0199. This is what is so obvious about the manipulation. The MM's want to keep the pps under .02 so they post a wash trade at .0199. No trades for over 30 minutes but then one comes in 2 seconds after my trade? These are the mind games that they play. They want it to stay under .02.
