The opinion you are providing is based on a stock that is not IFXY. That said, your opinion is based on a land leasing company that specifically deals with cannabis growing. The speculation with this is in regards to actually legalization of cannabis and research around legalization of medical and recreation cannabis...clearly an emerging industry that is globally to be projected to be $20B over the next 5 years. Any speculation in this market 5 years ago or more when Talari's forward thinking approach to cannabis would have been highly volatile at best, however, in the next 5 years the picture for growth is much clearer. Focusing on IFXY, this board, IFXY provided the technology for Growdroid starting 3 years ago, while also primarily competed in the safe and secure data transfer industry of Smart Grid. While I concede that most of Sam Talari's companies were involved in the development of cannabis technology and forward thinking to the actual growing legalization of medical cannabis, IFXY was only part of this equation...until competing in Smart Grid didn't make sense given the size of the companies in this market. That said, IFXY was still able to be a top 20 company (independently published) in Smart Grid. If Sam was trying to just raise money for the sake of money, given the independent recognition in Smart Grid, he could have done that with IFXY in that market. Instead, he chose to consolidate and focus solely on the cannabis and the blockchain and crypto relevance to cannabis. Safe and secure data transfer is the backbone of blockchain and is why this transition is more relevant for IFXY than any company just trying to capitalize on the blockchain fad. Smart Grid is based on power distribution...the exact same thing that mining cryptocurrency requires to be profitable! Developing mobile mining units and using power company relationships MAKES THE MOST SENSE FOR IFXY! This is a lay up for IFXY! They are the only company in the US developing patented technology for MMU's and will issue an ICO to raise capital...similar to the only other MMU ICO that raised $100M! IFXY is FAR from crap IMO! The market and industry they are currently ALL IN with is ground floor and emerging quickly! Sam has been fully transparent in his approach to the current ICO's and the forward direction of IFXY...all focused on the emerging cannabis market. Not being on time 5 years ago with cannabis or any stock related to it, does not make what is happening today, specifically with IFXY relevant...IFXY and Sam's approach today is relevant to an emerging market and industry. How he accomplishes this will be a windfall for investors in the very near future. I don't make predictions on the pps and the timeframe for any "rocket launch". I only post FACTS and current information relevant to potential future growth. When FINRA approves a "competitive" new symbol for Cryptocurrency Corp, we will see the reduction of A/S per the company's requirements (per FINRA) to achieve the new symbol change. Questioning this is fair game since FINRA has not changed the symbol yet. When they do, the company has said it will reduce the A/S. I can only base my opinion on the FACT that they have done exactly what they have said they were going to do over the last 6 months since being 100% committed to the emerging cannabis market! One last point, NUVUS is extremely valuable and the GETX token is completely relevant and necessary to the cannabis sector and IFXY gets PAID for every token sold. GETX is a seed to patient blockchain protocol that is 100% necessary in the medical cannabis market. If you understand how HIPPA works for traditional medicine and the absence of that safe and secure data transfer for medical cannabis, you can understand the need for GETX and the NUVUS protocol and why it will be EXTREMELY valuable as medical cannabis becomes even more widely accepted. Crypto and what IFXY is doing relative to cryptocurrency is also 100% necessary since traditional banks and lenders are not yet fully accepting of money into cannabis. It is close, given Goldman Sachs entrance into crypto market. That is why IFXY development of PRUTUS and their global exchange is a game changer. You have to connect the dots and respect the timeframe for the acceptance of cannabis globally to fully understand the magnitude of IFXY! Looking at the minute to minute or day to day or week to week change in the IFXY pps is not fully understanding the short to mid to long term direction of IFXY! Given the transparency, there's no smoking gun as to what is going on here. Just a company doing what they have said they were going to do when they say they are going to do it!
