I agree with everything you said. I've been holding for around 4 years now.
Numerous promises that haven't come to fruition. I will give them until August for these promises to come true. If not, then I think all of the longs can agree it's all bullshit that will never happen. Regardless we've lost 95% of what we put in and have to ride it to 0. That's over 100k for me personally. It's ruined my life..... I'm still hopeful. I like everything I've heard. It just needs to actually happen.
Also, it's my belief that if this 20-25 million was real the transaction was completed when it was first announced many months ago..... If so, they could have been building behind the scenes for the past year. If so, we might be ready for some fireworks. If my company had been screwed over I wouldn't be telling anyone anything of importance until it was too late to buy in. I would put all of the pieces in place, buy up the remaining stock, and just drop the mic. It's either that or the investor might have needed to sell assets to obtain the money. Or they might have required an audit. If so, that's good for us too.
