Just who pays them? I honestly believe that at least one of them knowingly, or unknowingly, is getting paid by the Russian GRU. Once our troops get the SFOR shield, a goldmine of intelligence will be denied them. The Russians will no longer be able to "track and geolocate" them as reported by our troops deployed in Eastern Europe. This makes putting guided munitions on their positions more difficult for Russian targets intelligence officers to do if war breaks out. The Russians don't want that to happen IMHO.
