Sadly, you're probably right. Because of the Federal budget fiasco any payments to ACS were delayed. So they won't even begin to show until the 1Q18. Consequently, the MMs will be all over the mediocre 10-K on 4/15 like a cheap suit. Bashers will try to make some hay out of it also unless stymied by an early release of the large deal PR by Mark.
