I do not foresee a dramatic change at Pershing Resources in the coming months. Apparently, the financial statements were the major focus of the Executive Members of the company. Strange that the Execs would wait until the last portion of the 1st Quarter of 2018 to announce that they were completing paperwork that should normally have been done MANY months ago. Has ANYONE CALLED BLACKRIDGE CAPITAL and requested CURRENT information about their alleged investment in Pershing Resources?
March and the 1st Quarter of 2018 end shortly. I wonder if Pershing Resources will release any relevant CURRENT information about the New Enterprise Mine/Claim. After all, didn't Pershing Resources announce that there is a Registered Geologist (and associates) surveying the Arizona mine/claim site? I, for one, would have gathered an assortment of samples for assays and once the results were completed BY A CERTIFIED LAB, I would request an INDEPENDENT CERTIFIED COMPANY to go gather samples and transport those samples to a CERTIFIED LAB FOR ASSAY. I like to keep everything on the up and up. Y'know, not claim that MY gold assays are indicative of 10 or 20 ounces per ton of ore based upon MY assays. You may have read or heard about mining scams in the past that either 'salted' locations with gold /OR/ compromised lab samples by adding precious metals to the sample that they had taken to a CERTIFIED LAB who then reported spectacular results. Yeah...I kinda like to see where a company has an independent CERTIFIED company gather and transport the samples to a CERTIFIED LAB. The HISTORY of some companies which had posted incredible results for GOLD CONTENT in samples, has made a skeptic out of me. You only have to research the past TWENTY or so Years to understand how some companies misled their investors. There are locations that can be searched on the Web that reference Gold Mining Scams and the various litigations/hearings that have taken place in the court systems and in corporate commissions. Yeah...you may be surprised the amount of information that is available IF you complete a little Due Diligence.
I am POSITIVE that there are many unanswered questions.
