Looks like SFOR's Gabriel sounded his trumpet blast and has blown the SA legal team away into the dark abyss all infringers are headed for. Unless of course they repent of their manifold sins and surrender millions of dollars in settlements as penance. Hey, today's the last day of the the Lenten season. SA could decide to lead the Penitent Parade to avoid the just wrath of Mark Kay IF they're smart. Otherwise, the avenging angles of Ropes and Gray, could rain the fire and brimstone of trebel damages upon their heads. If you were the SA CFO what would you advise management to do at this critical juncture for the company?
