I will say this, they have drawn roughly $780k in notes since Jan 31st. I expect to see something done with that money.
We need EPC for finance news? Its been 29 business days since the Detail Design phase was announced as starting immediately. We need a bare minimum of $1mil for EPC costs? There is potentially $1.4mil that is accessible considering the new notes and the $645k that was already noted in the 10Q.
A month to 45 working days is the estimates I heard for the DD&E phase to finish, we are soon to be there. It is time to deliver, the reasons for delay dwindle imho. As much as I think Ed is mostly hot air, his 30 day window is ironically about the limits of my generosity.
