Question 1: Is one stock exchange better than the other for nFüsz? Rory does not have a personal preference but noted that some have said the NYSE has more prestige and that institutional investors prefer NYSE. No decision has been made.

Question 2: Is the company ready for uplisting on the governance side (Directors, etc.)? We need to add (2) independent board members and are actively looking for the appropriate members for our board.
