The Brief was written by R&Gs crème de la crème!
Its safe to say the Dream Team of 11 attorneys who wrote the brief or arguments for ZP, are the crème de la crème , they comprise not only the best of R&G, but arguably the best team of the Patent infringement attorneys in the world!
The 3 Judges are no doubt familiar with the prestigious reputation of Ropes and Grey. As they are an admired firm as experts in all law, never involving them selves in nuisance or frivolous PI law suits.
The 3 judges have no doubt dealt with Ropes and Grey in their history and are aware of Ropes and Greys successes arguing before the supreme court overturning dismissals of misapplication law of Patent infringement cases to the tune of 4-0 in 2016.
The brief will outline that the dismissal by the Calif Judge was a gross, egregious, ignorant , misapplication of Alice 101 .
That injurious verdict rewarded willful infringers financially as seen by the Sec Auth merger completed immediately after the dismissal, an the delaying of 5 other SFOR settlements at the same time, creating financial hardship and suffering , making SFOR endure financial suffering , that screams for immediate relief by reversal of the dismissal.

Judge Kronstat will be continually publicly embarrassed by the reversal verdict and comments of the 3 dutiful Judges of the appeal court and the fact that his case will be used in future similar inexcusable misapplications of Alice 101. IMO
