One thing I have learned from experience, when good news hits and you learn of it as the stock is going up....sometimes you can't keep up with the rise. In other words, by the time you are able to put your bid in, its 2 cents ahead of you. So then you try again, and the same thing happens. You do the math and this time you put in the bid 2 cents ahead of where you are when you go to enter the bid only to find out that your bid is there, but no one is selling that cheap and up it goes again and you still don't have your shares.
The point is, I believe that this is what is going to happen with SFOR stock and so if a person waits, they may or may not get as many shares as they had hoped to. Best to get it now while it is cheap and shares are available, as good news is eminent.
