OTCX is OTC markets .. ;) if memory serves .. t

if memory serves .. they became a MM circa 2012 ..
my refrain of they all collude is indicative of a for profit site (with all that that implies) that can *influence* other sites on an as needed basis
Fido for example now takes cues re: OTC stox from OTC markets which some days seems fitting ..

at this point i would *rank* OTCX somewhat below where Nite was in its heyday several years back .. and always telling what they *show* vs what they actually have to report (MM Monthly) .. i refer to these actions by NR (non retail) as decoys r us
telling tho' isn't it?
CTIX >> MAR 2017 .. NADA reported by OTCX (4,600,338 monthly volume)
CTIX >> APR 2017 .. NADA reported by OTCX (6,320,318 monthly volume)
CTIX >> MAY 2017 .. NADA reported by OTCX (5,182,012 monthly volume)
IPIX >> JUN 2017 .. NADA reported by OTCX (6,863,055 monthly volume)
IPIX >> JUL 2017 .. NADA reported by OTCX (4,896,207 monthly volume)
IPIX >> AUG 2017 .. NADA reported by OTCX (3,276,355 monthly volume)
IPIX >> SEP 2017 .. NADA reported by OTCX (2,395,379 monthly volume)
IPIX >> OCT 2017 .. NADA reported by OTCX (3,856,915 monthly volume)
IPIX >> NOV 2017 .. NADA reported by OTCX (4,031,082 monthly volume)
IPIX >> DEC 2017 .. NADA reported by OTCX (8,121,069 monthly volume)
IPIX >> JAN 2018 .. NADA reported by OTCX (5,133,221 monthly volume)
IPIX >> FEB 2018 .. NADA reported by OTCX (3,388,387 monthly volume)

just me perhaps having watched this *pattern* for years .. MM OTCX is a true decoy .. most likely *imo* for NITE/CDEL (i refer to them as the dynamic duo)
resetting *paper* .. because if OTCX *didn't* .. odds are even with all the sleights of hand in play *imo* done by rote against OTC SURVIVORS like Innovation Pharma's stock (IPIX) .. reg sho would be triggered even with all the relentless PPS compression .. my expectation is reg sho will be triggered with mgmt's execution
curious to see if *pattern* changes out for March 2018's *MM Monthly* reporting
remember per Finra .. any MM can *show* (deflect/divert) but only those actually doing the transaction can *report* re: MM Monthly (one of my bibles when it comes to ascertaining bullshit being done among others) .. like most OTC *data* it is dated .. which imo usually works against *retail*

OTC Link LLC
OTC Link LLC (OTC Link) is owned by OTC Markets Group Inc., formerly known as Pink OTC Markets Inc. OTC Link is an electronic inter-dealer quotation system that displays quotes from broker-dealers for many over-the-counter (OTC) securities. "Market makers" and other broker-dealers who buy and sell OTC securities can use OTC Link to publish their bid and ask quotation prices. OTC Link is registered with the SEC as a broker-dealer and as an alternative trading system, and is a member of FINRA. OTC Link does not require companies whose securities are quoted on its systems to meet any listing requirements. With the exception of some foreign issuers, the companies quoted on OTC Link tend to be closely held, extremely small and/or thinly traded. Most of these issuers do not meet the minimum listing requirements for trading on a national securities exchange, such as the New York Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq Stock Market. Many of these companies do not file periodic reports or audited financial statements with the SEC, making it very difficult for investors to find current, reliable information about those companies. For all of these reasons, companies quoted on OTC Link can be among the most risky investments. That's why you should take extra care to thoroughly research any company quoted exclusively on OTC Link. Be aware that some broker-dealers are required by Rule 15c2-11 under the 1934 Act to have some information about the issuer. Ask your broker-dealer whether it has any Rule 15c2-11 information before you invest.
The OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) eligibility rule requires companies whose securities are quoted on the OTCBB to file updated financial reports with the SEC or with their banking or insurance regulators. If these companies failed to file current financial reports, their securities would be removed from the OTCBB, but could be quoted in another system, such as OTC Link. On the OTC Bulletin Board's website, you can find data concerning companies that were removed from the OTCBB. If you are considering investing in a company that trades on the OTCBB, you can find reports filed by the company on the SEC's EDGAR database.
For more information about the OTCBB, please read "OTC Bulletin Board" in our Fast Answers database.

Market makers can be very manipulative. Lower volumes just make it easier. The MM OTCX as far as I know hasn't been around very long but they seem to be able to control as the axe when they want to. In either direction. It's interesting to watch when they want to see something move up. They put a sizable bid on which puts pressure (competition) on the other MM's to top the bid which scratches the ask.
Now if this could only happen when we get some decent news and not let the bid whackers take the bid out.
Yesterday morning I put $IPIX on pincher radar on the "house of pinchers" board...

Didn't post it on the liehub IPIX thread strictly so "they" wouldn't see it. Technically we're looking pretty good imo. Just need to win over the bid whackers and move the support lines up even if it takes till we get decent news.
