9 g of protein;10g of fiber; 37g of carbs and, wait for it, less than 1g of sugar.

I doubt if more than 5% of the population is capable of following the recommendations.
I'll stick to portion control, common sense, a modicum of self-discipline, pro-biotics, Uncle Sam and Metamucil....to help 'move things along'..... and exercise.
