$INSY Share Price continues in the doldrums as investors remain cautious. Share Price has hovered around $6.00 and does not appear to be heading much higher anytime soon. Investors may be awaiting more News about legal actions in several states.
The Good News and the Bad News: IF...BIG IF, the Federal Government shuts down Marijuana Farming locations and enforces Marijuana Laws, INSY appears to be in an excellent position to make huge financial gains with its synthetic 'medical marijuana'. IF the Federal Government continues a Hands-Off approach in States that allow 'recreational' marijuana, 'MEDICAL (synthetic)' marijuana may be less attractive to investors who see more profit in the much broader market of recreational usage.
I remain POSITIVE that INSY will continue to grow and prosper. I do not foresee an immediate return to the >$10/share price BUT believe that, long term, INSY will return to the $$$Teens share price and, ultimately to the >$20/share price. For me, INSYS Therapeutics is an EXCELLENT company for my investment.
