Open - March 27.
No change overall - a total of 10.5M is being put up by the manipulator as a day trade - he doesn't really want to sell as he doesn't have many .0003s and plans to not put it up on any day that news comes out before the open.

CDEL 1.7M
CSTI 8.2M

ETRF 3M [down 7.5M > CDEL + 3M from CSTI]
CDEL 9.2M [up 7.5M from ETRF]
CSTI 5.2M [down 3M > ETRF]

Easy enough to take out at some point if the moron doesn't cancel in time.
