MORE SHOCK & AWE!!! I just posted 12 attorney bio's involved in the appeal brief. Eleven (11) from Ropes & Gray and 1 (at the bottom of my previous post) from Dykema Lawfirm in Los Angeles.
Below is just one excerpt from one of the attorney's bios.
DOUGLAS HALLWARD-DRIEMEIER

Between 2004 and 2009, he was an Assistant to the Solicitor General, where he briefed and argued cases on behalf of the United States before the Supreme Court. Doug has argued sixteen cases before the Supreme Court and filed more than 150 briefs in that Court.
