Memorial Day is normally short sleeve weather here in Rhode Island. The latest I remember snow was on May 10th (wife's birthday) about 25 years ago.
New Hampshire and Maine will be a bit cooler but even there the snow season is pretty much done. I have gone to the beach on Memorial day in years past but water temperature is still cold until July. If you come let me know and I'll make some suggestions of "must see sites". Go IPIX!!!
