$PSGR March 26, 2018 Another $0.025/Share Day. Sadly, the latest Press Release did NOT produce an increase in share price. What could possibly be the reason that investors did not jump on the low share price of an alleged PRECIOUS METALS MINING COMPANY? Could one of the reasons be that Pershing Resources lists itself as a DEVELOPMENTAL company? Perhaps another reason is because the company has NOT produced any precious metals (that investors are aware of) in TWENTY PLUS years(?). One might suspect that a credibility issue may be a portion of the concerns that keep investors from opening their wallets.
Unless the Corporate Officers live in a Galactic Void, they would understand that Press Releases that contain SUGGESTIONS, INTIMATIONS, CONJECTURES, POSSIBILITIES, and HOPEFUL HINTS of future rewards no longer excite investors who have waited OVER TWENTY YEARS for ANYTHING productive and financially rewarding to occur. Yeah, I know, you have to catch your breath after that long sentence. Investors have held their collective breaths for over TWO DECADES, waiting for something REAL to occur. Even at $0.025/share, investors may believe the share price is TOO EXPENSIVE based upon the past history of Pershing Resources and its former iterations. When will investors see opportunity and start dropping a few bucks in the offering plate? If most investors are like me, the answer is PROBABLY NEVER. IF and WHEN Pershing Resources has documented activity on the mine site AND PRODUCTION is started, then I might invest AFTER I visit the site to ascertain that I am not being handed another bucketful of BS instead of a bucketful of precious metals bearing ore.
After TWENTY PLUS YEARS, Pershing Resources has NOTHING with respect to precious metals to show its investors for its activities. The (ahem) suggested Technologies that were to remove Precious Metals from the ore NEVER produced any documented amounts of GOLD, SILVER and/or PLATINUM. One could almost safely assume that, AFTER TWENTY PLUS YEARS, there would be an ounce or two of something worthwhile sitting in the corporate office. Hmmmmmm, maybe BS has become a valuable commodity. If BS is a listed commodity, current Pershing Resources shareholders should have MILLIONS of DOLLARS sitting in their accounts. I better run over to the Bank and check to see how much I have in my account!!!! I hope the bank teller doesn't get upset when I ask to see how much BS is worth today and how much value of the BS I can withdraw. Now, do I want CHECK or CASH? Today could be a busy day...no BS!
