Price Point 1) $3.46 This is based on a market cap of $500 million. After looking at many other tech startups over the past 5 years or so, many initial IPO's were at a valuation of 1 billion or more. Yes, some of those names were better known by IPO time, but baby were getting noticed fast and on our way. MORE IMPORTANTLY, those companies all had debt. WE HAVE CLEAN BALANCE SHEETS and CASH FLOW POSITIVE in the near term, and possibly as I type this. Not to mention I'm putting the $3.46 pps on only half or less of the valuation these other companies had.
Price Point 2) $5.19 Again, this is my feeling in a few months when we have some revenue figures to back it up. This is a $750 million valuation. If we are getting the numbers Rory anticipates, we are seeing monthly revenues at Millions of dollars equating to 10's of millions per year.
Price Point 3) $6.92 This is the magical $1 billion valuation at our current OS. At some point this year, with ORACLE, MARKETO, MLM's and SOOOOO much more in the works, it is certainly reasonable to think we can be in that $50 to $100 million dollar revenue range per year. This puts us in the same class of revenue as some of the companies posted in the article above...and don't forget....NO DEBT HERE!
This information is all based on my opinions and please do your own DD. I've been here 2.5 years and holding LONGGGG as I see these price points very realistic SHORT TERM based only on revenues and what team nFusz is doing. I HONESTLY believe I'm being very conservative here, but for new investors, I think it is a good approach. With an uplist and more buying power, look out!
SOOO...we are at $1.54 and based on the information I posted above, I think the writing is on the wall where nFusz is headed.
