I will continue to believe official communication in the form of an 8-k. That is enough proof of what exists and what doesn't. I will say during the Ziv era there were many mistakes just like any new company learning but they fixed the mistakes and are now a team of powerhouse scientists and managers. This is the wrong time to be negative about the company's success clearly.
