You need to stop counting on Patrick and Frank for VICT. It seems like the SEC is on to them. YOUR money is in THEIR off shore bank account. Simple as that. Time to admit it and move on. Why would anyone take advice from a stock expert who is down over 90% in 3 short weeks? JKIR, son.
