In their case, military defeat & occupation. In SA's case, possible bankruptcy. They don't have to respond to the R&G brief until 5/7. The SFOR reply back is due a week later, 5/15. I expect capitulation on their part. Time will tell. With that, the PR and 1Q18, Mid-May is turning out to be a very critical juncture for SFOR. GLTA!
