The reality is that start up companies that have close to 2billion shares available end up going through a reverse split. They sold millions of shares to raise money and their plan failed during that period.
They had no foundation to support a share structure that high. You have that many shares available for a small company, then shorts, manipulation happens.
manipulation will always happen, let's stop blaming shorts, etc... and realize:; Ntek needs to perform, then we don't have to blame anyone else. A penny stock with the share structure NTEK had prior, was a typical playground for the corrupt. Today's share structure, (which is more realistic) and continued manipulation is ON NTEK. Need to perform and get the word out
