Very little do you know...the SEC hasnt commented on this because there isn't anything to comment about otherwise it would have been done long ago.
But just to show you how immaterial as to what you posted. Look at the amended 8k filing recently on CHIT. that should give you your anwers regarding the validity of the assets.
