Most otcbb or venture companies in QMCs current position would have diluted the hell out of the stock or just folded up,yet Steve felt it worthy to battle these corrupt lenders knowing the shares they and the debenture holders would receive at this lower ratchet could be very valuable moving forward.There is no doubt the IP QMC owns has value for all shareholders and QD Visions sale of Cadmium technology and old rail technology demonstrates just that.The market for QD displays is just hitting demonstrated by this years Samsung products.Its taken 3 years of models for them to equal and surpass OLED displays in many categorizes.Other OEMs are followers and the signal is clear now that this isnt a flash in the pan technology like 3d tvs and that the future of displays will incorporate QD in some fashion or other.
