No question about it dilution would have been much much less. We were in the process of uplisting and with that would have come institutional investors and that was likely the motivation of the attacks. New investors need to know the history in order to realize why the share price is where it is. I just hope longs remember and make those who attacked our company with the intent of bankrupting it and stealing our invested funds pay dearly for their sins. Lets not forgets the FUDsters who work these boards. Those scumbags who are paid to lieneed to be exposed and prosecuted. They are the lowest of the low.
