I would sure think any money exchanged would need to be reported in the quarterly. Sometimes companies who invest in other companies will not let that sort of news out until they absolutely have to.
Example: If Pfizer was doing the funding, they would want to hide that from other big pharma as long as possible. This method would give Pfizer a jump start into this new industry while other pharma passes it up. This essentially would create like an arms race. If one big pharma enters this market, others will want in so they don't miss out on the piece of the pie.
And Yes, I heard Hirsch say we now have funding in place that will speed up our studies moving forward. He was especially excited for our new CSO and she will have the money needed to accelerate the MM study.
