I indeed placed orders that DID NOT FILL while I saw orders being filled at lower prices.
Other people have PM'ed me saying that the same thing happened to them.
I believe them, but more importantly I KNOW what I witnessed with my own eyes.
You know the old gag, "Who are ya gonna believe? Me, or your lyin' eyes?"
For those who have been lucky enough not to be hosed this way, congrats.
I, however, have seen this and can't explain it any other way except manipulation. (This was over a long period of time and involved a number of trades going by, not just a few seconds or one trade. It was definitely NOT just a glitch in data reporting.)
