I've now been in the company for well over a year. In that time I cannot think of a single time when either a conference they attended or a quarterly or other report from the company was webcast, or where questions from Analyst's, or anyone else were permitted. Yes, we did have people do it for us at the Wall St. Conf., but the company didn't put it out there at the time.
I have invested in a few other companies that didn't webcast each quarterly, but in recent years they've all pretty much webcast when they were appearing at a conference for investors. In general they didn't webcast technical presentations, like ASCO, but after the conference the presentation graphics were made available.
I grant you, this is a fledgeling company with limited funding, and all these things cost money. The other side is that in that dilution or other fundraising is normally required, any actions that strengthen the share price works to their benefit in any financial arrangement.
Clearly the SEC watches OTC and higher listed companies for hype, Pinks can get away with practically anything, however, numerous biotech's and pharma's in addition to webcasts at quarterlies also host Science Day's once or twice a year where for an extended period of time they discuss what they're working on, with little or no discussion of the finances. The individuals heading the research are often the spokespeople on such a day, rather than management presenting everything.
I'm not suggesting that OWCP do all these things, but I believe they need to do some of them to clear up more precisely what they're doing. Not doing such things only create doubt about what they're doing, or what the meaning of what they say is. For example, I believe that they could define what they mean by "Market Ready" in a dozen words of less, and their would be no doubt about what it means.
