Indeed, the duty to perform is in the Company's hands/control. Again, actions speak louder than words. The audits, financials, full reporting, trading, etc. What real companies do. Hoping the BOD and the Treaty Team get it all done and communicate clearly and routinely with shareholders and prospective investors.
