There's no way anyone can really answer those questions. Mark told me he had a number in mind that he couldn't disclose, and that was pre-BlockSafe. I think you would take the buyout price, divide it by the total number of shares, then multiply by the number of shares you own. If the company is sold for $2.2B, about, that equals $1 per share.
If they spinoff BlockSafe as a separate company (which I think they will), then we should also get shares in it, too, the number depending on whatever arcane formula they derive.
