I am amazed. This is one of the stupidest posts I

Shareholders should demand an accounting of where Aruda’s money from the sale of those shares went.
The shares Aruda got were from Dr. Menon's position, given by him to Aruda because Aruda claimed to have intellectual property rights (the American legal system leaves the unwary like Dr. Menon open to litigation, if they fail to put in the employment contract that it is "work for hire" which this certainly was. Failing to put that in the contract means that a litigious person can claim to be part owner of the patent which was based on Menon's idea and Menon's work.).
But somehow, IPIX shareholders have the right to demand an accounting of how a private individual (Aruda) spent the money from any shares he may have sold? Why is that anyone's business, much less shareholders having the right to "demand" it?
Wow. Just wow. Multi-identity must have been hung over, or drinking, when he posted that under one of his names.
