I would hope that they're working on a true revision. I would certainly like to see more information about the fibromyalgia trial, but they may be wise not to do it until they can also report at least top line data from the safety trial.
To me, the biggest thing they could do would be placing all the trials they're working on in the clinical trials database, and updating them routinely. In doing so, they would answer all sorts of questions. I've see other trials in that database that had no U.S. involvement, so I don't believe they are prohibited at all from putting the trial there, and of course they initially put the cream trial there, but never updated it.
As for the stock price, some clarification of what the company is doing should help, but what's really needed is actions. The completion of the safety trial would certainly be a positive action, but new partnerships and a plan of action for initiating sales would be far bigger. I believe we'll be fine once sales are initiated in even one Country, or State for that matter especially if it was California. I don't know that it would bring new all time high's but we'd certainly be closer to the top than the bottom.
