Here's a link to "Level 2" quotes by a third-party aggregator:

Their Level 2 displays SOME of the same bids/asks as my broker's, but the two are quite different. There are 4 major exchanges for OTC stocks so that may account for some of the discrepancy -- it's possible that the broker and/or otcmarkets.com are not getting all data from all 4 sources.
