For new readers, scottsmith posted under the name "phteven" but signed it "scottsmith." When I pointed this out and mocked him for it, he deleted it and then re-posted the identical post under the name "scottsmith."
He has PM'ed people under the wrong identity. He has PM'ed people in reply to their posts about scottsmith, but mistakenly using the phteven identity, or vice versa -- responding by PM as scottsmith when the public post was made to phteven.
He claimed to be a graduate of the University of South Carolina, to irritate poster scgmck1. Yet this purported graduate did not know basic facts about the university.
We all know that phteven and scottsmith are the same person.
And, here is a post by scottsmith acknowledging that he posts under many identities. Those of us who have seen it first-hand know that one of these identities is "phteven."
