I would normally agree as I have dealt with dealing with states on outstanding balances and negotiating them down can take time.
What I don't understand is that I believe Mary said that she believes that the debt was about 25k, if that is true than why not pay it off immediately? IMO a PR that says that was paid off would catapult the price as everyone knows that is what is holding up FINRA.
Very frustrating to be at these levels for this long, I hold a tremendous amount of shares and everytime I come close to selling I remind myself of Bill Gates quote:
"The stock market is a device that transfer wealth from the inpatient to the patient"
