Look at the weather in North Dakota and there is not one drilling rig parked. I looked on Rig data and they haven't even planned to start yet.
Why would the weather in Abilene matter? Thats like 100 miles north of where they will drill. Have we done nothing since November? Yall can buy these cheap shares but I am pretty sure they are priced right.
