With the FDA recognizing benefits, shouldn't medical cannabis be available everywhere? I'm fine with State's deciding where it can be used recreationally, but if someone has a medical problem that cannabis helps to resolve, shouldn't it be available everywhere, and shouldn't it be available forever, not just for the term of a funding document.
What would happen to the alcohol based industries if once a year Congress had to act to say that wine, liquor, etc. will remain legal for another year. They would go crazy. It's time for this problem to be resolved permanently, not just for another fiscal year.
