I think this hits on all of our issues right now. Can we dive into this a little deeper Alan? What is a body attachment? How can they force a settle with shares instead of cash? That does not make sense to me. Also, if they are shorting the shit out of the stock, why would they want to settle for the same shares that they are devaluing instead of cash? They could take cash and buy a ton of shares. I really think your post hits the nail on the head but at the same time it is very puzzling to me.

I am sure David cannot comment on this but if he could, I think it would help ease a lot of concerns. I have a lot of faith in the company doing the right things but also see a lot of forces working against us. Would love to know what we are up against and the game plan going forward. I have zero concerns about our product and ability to perform but this other stuff is mildly troubling.
